Tasty scrambled eggs with cheese and tomato

Once I made the whole wheat chocolate chip banana bread, I had two egg yolks left over. I hate throwing out any food, so I decided to make a quick scrambled egg for Clark. 


With the two yolks I added shredded cheese, diced tomato and a splash of milk
Cook over medium heat. 



Allow the eggs and tomato to cool before serving!
Clark's breakfast! Complete with deli flat toast with a sprinkle of cinnamon, strawberries, honeydew melon, and raspberries!
